CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make all cancellations 48 hours prior to your expected appointment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) Arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in the appointment being rescheduled along with a card being charged the full amount of the service(s) If a client no calls or no shows, the client will be prompted to pay the full amount of the service(s) and will be banned from booking. I do not do refunds, but will be more than happy to work out an agreement with the client. (if the issue happens within the first 72 hours of the initial appointment) When scheduling an appointment, you agree to the policies terms and services. I look forward to seeing you in my chair!❤️
